This is my second time blood donation.
Many person ask me, is it pain?
I always give the same answer... NO!!!
compare to nurse give u an injection when I was stayed at hospital.
This is a very Helpful things...
If u get accident or operation,
u need blood...
if everyone being selfish or SCARE about donate blood,
then where u can get the blood??
Being kindness...
Normally male donate 450ml, female 350ml if not mistaken...
What is the basis requirement for donation?
1. Sleep over 5 hours
2. Good healthy
3. Over 45kg
4. Avoid donate during period (female)
